Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. The shipping method used is Priority, First Class or Retail Ground, depending on the contents and distance being shipped. Orders include insurance protection. After orders have shipped please allow 7-14 business days for delivery**, depending on your distance from South Florida.

Most orders are shipped via SHIPNEX, and all artwork is always insured.
Please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery after orders have been fulfilled.
Many countries collect a VAT (Value Added Tax) on imported goods. This may cause a delay in delivery, as well as an additional fee collected by your country's Customs Agency. For more information on VAT contact the Customs or Mail delivery agency where you live.
Gallery XO is not responsible for the performance of the delivery carrier, delays due to customs or the levying of VAT.

Only unframed prints (on canvas or paper), original drawings on paper and original oil paintings on canvas can usually be rolled and shipped in a tube.
Orders containing frames or canvass stretching may take an additional 1-2 weeks to prepare. Due to shortages and availability caused by the CORONA VIRUS, framing, stretching, and delivery might be delayed even further than expected.
Depending on the contents of your order, it may be shipped in more than one package.
If you have special delivery instructions (ex. "do not ship until the 25th") please use the 'Note' field on the order form in the CART page before using payment method.
